Public procurement

The area of public procurement law primarily concerns the Public Procurement Act, and subsidiarily, the Act on the Register of Public Sector Partners and the Administrative Court Code. In cases where contracts are financed by European or other funds, legal advice also includes the area of providing non-repayable financial contributions to ensure that the procurement complies with the conditions of the support provided.
